In 2000 we focused on making the Australian healthcare industry more efficient, building and operating an Internet-based clearinghouse called "Thelma". In 2007 we expanded this service to "medical banking": combining internet technologies and outsourced "accounts receivable" services to shift healthcare into the realm of online banking. Our medical banking business is established in three markets: Australia, US and UK.
In 2009 we launched a connectivity solutions and consultancy division, Cybrand. Cybrand utilises the skills sets and technologies that grew out of the Thelma project to connect businesses, and the people within them, with the information systems they need to do things better, faster, cheaper.
